MOH VILLA DUCALE is excited to present its latest innovative offer: a Sunday of special cookery courses that will make improvised Parmesan chefs of anyone who wants to give it a go. In the company of our chef you’ll also be treated to a gastro-tour to discover some of the typical local products and fascinating techniques and procedures that go into producing the finest hams, salamis and cheeses in the world... You’ll have the opportunity to shine in the kitchen, learning how to prepare some of the most popular local dishes, including parmesan fried gnocchi, tagliatelle, tortello and the famous sbrisolona almond cake. And naturally, to end the day...everybody will gather at the table to try your culinary creations!

THE ITINERARY:
√ Saturday: arrive at the hotel, light buffet lunch and a return shuttle to the "Fidenza Village Design Outlet" for an afternoon of Shopping Italian style! Once you’re back at the hotel you can change and book dinner at the “Trattoria Moletolo”, the hotel’s exquisite restaurant where you can get your first taste of typical Parmesan cuisine. 

√ Sunday: “COOKERY CLASS with  MOH VILLA DUCALE” (A day of cookery lessons including a happy hour drink in the dining room and lunch consisting of the fruits of the morning’s labour.

Overall Conditions
Rates are per room, per night, in double room, buffet breakfast and tax included . These promotional rates require minimum 10 people, apply to a limited number of rooms and cannot be added to other offers. This offer Is valid on Saturday and Sunday from 01/05/2010 to 18/12/2010 . Single Room supplement: € 25,00, per person, per night. Triple room reduction: € 10,00 per person, per night. There are no penalties for cancellations made by 4 days before arrival.  For non arrival and late cancellations, the price of the first night stay as a penalty will be charged. Cancellations must be made through the same means used for booking.
