1) Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Producers
Witness the entire production process, from the milk to the cutting of the forms ending with a delicious tasting session. 

2) Parma ham producers – “Prosciutto di Parma” D.o.P
Learn how the original Parma ham is made, see it in its various stages of production and being cured in age old cellars, naturally with a tasting session to finish.

3) Parma Prosciutto and Salami Museum
The exhibition trail will take you on a journey through traditional production processes, from the butchers of old to the present, with a final stop in the old tasting room for you to try some of the best hams and salamis the region has to offer.

4) “Light Brunch” of product tasting in the Museum’s Prosciutteria

5) Visit to Castello di Torrechiara
One of the region’s most important 15th Century castles owned by the Ministry of Culture.

Rates are per person, per 2 nights,  buffet breakfast and tax included . These promotional rates apply to a limited number of rooms and cannot be added to other promotions. This offer is valid on Friday and Saturday nights until 27/11/2010 (13-15/08/2010, 10-12/09/2010 and 17-19/09/2010 weekends excluded), for minimum 6 persons. DUS room: € 190,00 per room, per stay (all package items included). Triple Room: on request. Children Policy: Children 0/6 years stay FREE in the same room as parents – Children 7-12: 50% discount on the adult rate (all package items included). Bookings must be made at least Thursday at 11 a.m. prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations: there are no penalties for cancellations made by 11 a.m. of Thursday before the date of arrival. For non arrival and late cancellations, the price of the entire package as a penalty will be charged.  Cancellations must be made through the same means used for booking.
